Hi there,
I have a 2011 MINI R56 convertible. Both front windows not working and lights staying on all the time even when switched off. Communication is fine. Have plugged in incorrect donor frm to test, windows and lights now operate fine, proving fault within frm.
Can the frm being repaired on autohex/ hextag for these faults? Or is it just comms reset for frm repair in the tool?

Use Hextag and connect to FRM. It will tell you if needs repair.

if frm communicating OBD then your EEPROM is mostly ok ,if you have autohex you can try programming coding original frm.
