Please check what fault codes in DME and in CAS.
There are many reasons for engine to not start, BMW ISN mismatching is one of them.

anti-tampering protection fault code is due to wrong BMW ISN between CAS and DME.
Please make sure that you wrote the CORRECT ISN in CAS as I did not see the BMW ISN which you got from this DME.
You have another fault: Incorrect Data, this fault presents due to the mismatch of power class values in DME and CAS. you better to replace the DME with another one who is compatible.

I change dme now no have fault codes , only one error in shifting other time i send picture i need one support this car because i test many dme and cas not start now no have fault. I do no no start

ok i can send the teamviewer but need to know what time because I am in Brazil, and I need to get the customer early to do this, tells me the date and time I leave on without problems .Because the customer is 30 km from here.
