I have problem with new software, today when i install the new Update.
Now i can't read Ecu Info but yesterday read the same DME MEVD172G (X5 2015), i try other DME MEVD172G with the same problem.
All this happened after installing the Update HexProg Software Version V1.0.13, reinstall the software again and nothing has changed.
I am waiting for a help / Thanks

Same problem here. Never been able to clone mevd1724 or mevd1729. Worked with support but no solution yet. Using 12v 2Apower supply. Autohex bench read isn ok. Pin 14 and 15 added as required for autohex.

Hextag reads cas ok, makes keys ok but just ecu clone. Stumped. Will pick up with support once more today. Very frustrating some of these unforeseen problems.

we again tested these ECU's now and all seems to be working perfect even in the new version,so please change your power supply and try again

What power supply are you using for your tests. Am using 12v 2amps.

Now I am talking to technical support.
I use a power source, for your suggestions i change the power supply, reinstall the software, try MEVD172G, MEVD1726 and MEVD172 and nothing has changed, i have the same error.
But the strange, i try with DME MEVD172P, i can read without problem.

Hi,
i have tested 17.2.G without a problem after update so it works for me.
My power supply is stable 13V .
