Hello everyone. Using the cloning feature, can a full back up from a MSD80 be restored to a MSD81??? Or at least the EX-EEPROM ST95640??

hi for continental ECU you got CLONE button in hextag so you must use that instead of backup and restore.make backup from both ECU first then connect original back and click on clone and continue with the steps.for mode idea watch the video.

Thanks for your response. The main question was can I clone a MSD80 to a MSD81?? Or it will only work MSD80 to MSD80 and MSD81 to MSD81??

you can make backup from both and try cloning.so if things go wrong you can return everything back.also if you got auothex you can just read isn from msd81 and write to cas.
