I`m about to clone/read an MSV80 and I noticed that I need to add/solder some components, well I got all of those and the skills to do so, my question is: do I have to remove them after I`m done or leave them on the board?

You can remove them, that is 2nd CAN bus. Not all MSV80 need that so check. Yours might have them already.
