Hello. I am trying out my new HexProg on a BMW airbag module ACSM4 and can read the P-flash but receive "Partition error-94e" when attempting to read D-flash. Also, is there a function in the software for erasing crash data or changing VIN? I don't see any options and am wondering if I need a different software program. Thank you for your time.

Did you try to read EEE? The DFlash may be a shared with EEE or the DFlash is totally EEE.
We don't support erasing crash data as it is available in diagnose from ISTA-D

Yes, I also tried to read EEE and received the same error message. I do not have ISTA-D am am simply trying the HexProg on a used module.

Please check with support tomorrow. They will check the module using teamviewer

probably the eeprom is corrupted,try to write another EEE after that you can read it.
