Extract ISN from DDE 7801710 // 0281013252 // EDC16C35? Fails with Autohex?

Hi,
I am trying to extract ISN from EDC16C35 with Autohex.
It says photo_2020-09-17_18-01-47.jpg You have insufficient rights to see the content. photo_2020-09-17_18-01-47.jpg You have insufficient rights to see the content.

Anyone know how to extract ISN from this ECU? I can read ECU fault codes etc via OBD so there is communication with the ECU.

Tried ISN extraction via ON-BENCH, didn't work

Finally succeeded with the following steps:
-> copy content of 96540 eeprom of original-ECU to donor-ecu
-> coded the donor-ecu to the car
-> updated the software of the donor-ecu
-> EWS alignment

hi,
we don't support some old model dde in autohex for ISN but probably it will be solved in next update as we start supporting these ecu in hextag we can add the option for ISN in autohex also.
