I can confirm HexProg works perfectly with all FRM3 modules. Did many of them recently. Never failed yet.
Microtronik advises to use 12V - 2A power adapter. Maybe problem is in there? Or bdm cable. Or using wrong pinout.

I contacted online chat. And did everything they suggested. Nothing helped. Then i wrote it here. Now im contacting via whatsapp.
