hello,please help ecu crd3.10 mercedes hextag read well flash but eprom its 24c256 only read all 00 64kb

i just read a mercedes delphi crd3.10 and i also have the problem with eprom that of the 0000 i contacted the support by watsap but no response from them yet.

According to information from tech team its normal to have all data as 00 00 in eeprom , information's are stored in FLash .
