Hi,

is it possible to clone a MED17.2 ECU out of a Mini R56 n14 engine TC1766 ? 1 is to 1

orig ecu can be read but multiple phantom faults. Im using HEXPROG

please let me know and thanks in advance

yes you can just make backup from original and restore to donor. Before restore please make backup from donor ECU also. Also make sure the donor ECU you get is TC1766 to confirm that you need to read donor ECU backup from TC1766 option itself, because MED17.2 has both TC1796 and TC1766 CPU.
