That is Strange , I just had CAS 3+ and I was able to read Everything , But I had ECU with me , So first I enter Sk form ECU and Decrypt it OK.
After That I use working key just to test it and see is it same Sk and did fine. Only thing I did load again Eeprom when I did it with Key , But with ECU Sk I did it after I read CAS3+.

yes sir that is no any error , if cas3+ you can read ISN only if you downgrade CAS. Also for other functions like key programming, key data saving etc. you need to downgrade.

yes sir this is what we are saying also, to decrypt with key you will get error if you did not load eeprom. straight way after reading eeprom to decrypt with key you get error. If you load eeprom and decrypt then no issue it will work.

So, one more thing about this.

When, you get the "Cannot Read Key Pages" error, save eeprom file. Then close HexProg program, disconnect / reconnect HexProg hardware. Start the program and load the previously saved file.

Now it will read key pages and will decrypt.

In this new version, we have updated ecu cloning and chiptuning ecu lists, and bugs were fixed. we will release an update to solve this issue for cas in next one.

Is this function ever been fixed ?
I ask because I have CAS3+ and Working key , When I try to read ISN with working key in key slot it shows al FFFFFFFFFF.
I read key in key reader and reads key Ok, then go back Load eeprom , and try again and same thing all FFFFFFFFFFF.

Running last update 1.0.60.

This Cas3+ dont have long isn and it must have short isn. So the long isn dme sk will be showing as FFFFFFFF as there is no isn to decrypt. There will be short isn present in the edit option in hexprog. That will be the cas isn in this cas. So basically it must be good and working well.

this error seems to be still present in v1.0.101.
i tried loading the EEPROM and editing it and still shows cannot read key pages.

v1.0.101 has been tested for key encryption and it works well. Please try that again with a different key or CAS to make sure it is working.

..yeah that error actually started with v1.0.100 _ so now i never tested if error has been solved on v1.0.101 beacuse team will ask you to check with different CAS and key as if .......

Yea, still has the bug. I had to use a different tool to read ISN from CAS3+
