I just got 2012 VW with EDC17CP14 and can not read OBD, When I try to read INFO , it says can not detect module .
Contact support and they said not all versions are supported as they do not have all VR files .
At least this should be noted somewhere, so we can tell customers , I got someone drive 20 km to tell him I can not do it and it will take Half day to get ECU out to read/write , specially on this car with HW ending 309 which can not be read factory mode , ONLY Boot mode for this ECU.
