Yesterday I tried to connect to the DSG DQ500, but without success.
After entering the command to read the MCU, a click was heard in the mechatronics area for 10s and the following error was displayed:
Error while Processing -Ref: 848-
I was disappointed and so was the customer.
I also wonder why I can't use hextag to read offline?

what about DQ500 from tiguan 2011, non-mqb, in it read/write eeprom?

Right now it is supported DQ500 MQB, other versions may have some differences in the software, It is advised to contact the support team with TCU to check if it can be read.

same probleme i have TCU Q5 ihave this error error while processing -ref:848-
no way i think

It would be time for the developers to start dealing with this problem.

we have plans to add more tcus to the update, we are working on the more ECUs/TCUs
