Please help me to figure out what Im doing wrong, just bought the hex prog device and keep getting the same error over and over again.
When device is connected I cant see the 12 inVoltage, but outVoltage is always 0 and when click the Read button in any modes it says
"Error while processing 1e0e"

What Im doing wrong, please help..

You do have the Hexprog power plugged In as well as the usb cable right?

Please update hexprog and hexprog tuner software if you have 1e0e error, this error means no data is present in the software and after updating it will be ok.

What type of data?

When software is installed it is just a setup and may not have sufficient info and data to run the program, So in that case will have 1e0e error and it is required to update the software and it will be ok.
