Send an email to tech.support15@micro-tronik.com having a teamviewer ID and password to check what's wrong.

After we checked his configurations, we find out he missed to set the network to "USB and WI-FI"
The default value is "USB and AD-HOC"
After this modification, wi-fi is working like a charm.
