Hello im new and im trying to install the hexprog in a windows 10 computer, after i complete the install, when i tried to read a computer says to my the error ref 981 need help, thanks

we have solved the update error.
Please delete "hexprog.dat" file from the location C:\Program Files (x86)\Microtronik\HexProg\Data and make an update for your software after that. If any doubts feel free to contact us.
