it can be edited from fa. but these parameter is restricted in autohex to edit due to some technical reasons.

You do not want to change the VO in your car and code the car with it (BIG MESS). If you want to code a function that was not available in your production date AND you have the correct modules installed you have to read and save the original VO to the PC. Modify the date and any options you need in the saved VO. Then use this modified VO file to code the modules but do not write it to the car. That might be not possible with AH.
