Please make sure BCM is working well on the car and in good condition. This error is caused by BCM itself.

well BCM is brand new from dealer

i moved MCU from old BCM to new and car started

so it cannot write or unlock MCU

if the mcu is empty indeed you can not connect to it, dealer programming only
