Hello friends, I have a 2010 model e71 x6 car. The keys were lost and tampered with. I have cas3+istap 4. Does anyone have a tosya kit on it? Has anyone experienced this?

Please try programming the key using the EGS + DME ISN if the DME has a short ISN. To read the EGS ISN, go to ISN Manager > Option 3. If the DME has a long ISN, then the DME ISN alone is sufficient to program the key on E70/E71 models. Please check the provided link for a better understanding.
