recently try to update a NBT unit in a 2013 F06, but the time allowed for the job was 203 hours !!! is anything wrong there? why is that ?

That module should be programmed using an icom and most connector. You are trying to program a few gb over obd. I believe transfer rate on obd is 16kb/s. I may be wrong.

the Most Connector is used in programming of E series ( and that series have CIC ) . The ICOM is connected to OBD aswell !

F Series is Ethernet for programming. The Autohex dongle doesn't support Ethernet. The Icom does, hence it goes faster programming NBT using Icom rather than Autohex tool

Autohex supports ethernet. That's why it can update a F series car which has a mixed network of MOST and Ethenet. Otherwise it wouldn't work.

Yes, Autohex Software supports Ethernet. It's the DONGLE that doesn't.
