What tool do you use do read D-Flash?

I use XPROG without any issues.

I use ETL .. remove mcu ... not a problem just when I try to use that program .. I get a problem with all d flashes .. and I have several lol

Remove mcu to repair FRM. Ouch, you must hate your life. XProg works, personally I use VVDI, which works even better.
