Hi guys, I recently received a job of a flooded X1 F48. Bought a new BDC, transferred FA, did programming and coding.

This car is equipped with ESL and I suspect esl is faulty, should be the reason why I still cant turn ignition and even though bdc recognises the keys. Is there any way I can bypass this in order to get ignition? Remove ESL from FA and bypass wire? Will that work? Any input are welcome.

Open ISTA-D by Autohex hardware, then go to service function of drive, then engine, then run service function: start-up reset. You are done!
