Well, I was left with the impression that "changing" the FEM means to make a clone and re-use the original keys and stuff from the bad FEM.
For replacing FEM why you wan't to do restoring from unlock function.this thread has been discussed before anyway please note the steps1.unlock fem on bench using anyone of the 3 methods2.Read DME ISN and write to FEM3.match VIN inside FEM 4.restore Vehicle Order from original FEM or manually 5.do codding for fem from indiv codding*If mileage is more than car mileage needs to do mileage reset too.
