Hoi,
I am having some problems with my HTag pro...
I have 2 computers, one main desktop and one laptop for in car work...
Problem is that Every time i connect Htag pro to laptop and try to add a new key i get error : Cannot connect to Htag Pro, please connect and try again.
I have tried to de-connect al reconnect devices, and also de-install and reinstall autohex program, but still same issue. :(
It works oke on my desktop computer but i need it to work on my Laptop also.
Running windows 10 on both machines.
Support told me to change laptop, but i cannot just go around buying other computers without being sure that it will work..

If anybody had same problem please let me know how i could fix this...

Do you have virtual windows installed on that laptop?
I had case when virtual windows (even when virtualbox was off) was messing up drivers
after turning off virtualbox, I had to restart windows to make it see ah
