Ok so after spending whole day working on the car have some bad/good news. First have another update, customer mistaken ZGW with CAS and I was mislead about that. Orginal CAS was in the car. So now what was done
-I did fit correct ZGW and restore from orginal cas
-than fitted new cas prepared with both DME
-coded all to the car

so car had replaced parts fitted
-cas4+
-both DME
-ZGW
-battery power distribution module(I don't know if that's important but this been taken from different model of F10 not M5)
-new key coded to match

now car starts fine but.... 😞 there is issues which need sorting
-there is no display both on navi and clocks when ignition is on only aircon panel work rest of dash is dead. can this be due to coding or something else(car is from auction repair after accident damage).
-need to reset EGS and this will be the biggest challenge. does anyone know somebody who can reset/virginise EGS from M5 f10 with cas4+(ews5 active) DCT gearbox(is not 8HP box!!!) and mostly I need help with this issue

-engine runs rough(sounds constant but not full power/all cylinders)
-there was no headlights fitted, customer bring pair from different car. After coding low beam work fine, no high beam/no angel eyes/ no indicators)

flash egs isn
make engine run correctly
bring display to life
get headlights to work correct??

if there is other way around by crack encryption in cas4+ I have orginal cas and key ordered from bmw by vin just if someone can somehow get isn from cas I can edit DME's again and at last problem with gearbox will be sorted 😉
