I agree, the lack of attracting new clients is key here
And thats because no development was implemented to Autohex the last 8 years

So now the old customers had to pay the price for that !

Really bad, 4-5 years no updates for Autohex.... and 1 year and no updates for hexprog, then saying that new hw is needed? same also for hexprog in next days? This is a joke.,,, How many lies? We are customers paying for an anual fee expecting serious updates.
... enet for BDC2 unlock? diag can is needed... we are not stupid.... what a shame
To be honest im done with autohex. Not going to pay license 350 usd for nothing + 500 usd for a new interface so send same UDS comands hahahah, we are stupids

1. OBD II-CAS1.2.3.4 FEM/BDC.BDC2 (ECU ISN RED & AKL)

2. I would like an adapter compatible with Chinese test platforms.

A test program would be a plus.

3. Multi-language support update.

4. Regarding the key program, adding keys is important, but it is useless without AKL.

I thank Micronics for their hard work and hope they continue to strive for excellence.

Hi everyone,
I understand why you’d see it that way, but the real value behind it is how AutoHex II HW5 represents a complete overhaul in processing power, safety, and compatibility for modern vehicle architectures, especially the newest generation of BMW electronics. In the end, what matters most is whether it consistently delivers real results for technicians and users in actual diagnostic and programming work.

As mentioned,
We tried our best to make HW4 stable in the new software, but there is no way to make it reliable in ENET protocols. The MCU is very slow to handle the new programming methods in Autohxth. The same applies to USB. We are not forcing you to upgrade your hardware. You can continue using the current features available on HW4. However, New GUI requires HW5 sir and if your Autohex is hw4 , we recommend you to upgrade to HW5

This topic is about AutohexII not Hexprog.

Regarding HW 5, it's a sweet fart to justify taking money for nothing. BMW itself took care of the security and stability of the transmission, resulting in ENET, which is used by every serious device on the market today. That's all there is to it!
But ENET is free, and since Microtronik wants to take money for nothing (because it doesn't introduce new solutions), it's best to tie the software to the interface and charge for the interface. That's all for laughs.
Why do we need a new interface? Users want good solutions and a good tool, paying an annual subscription, not a new interface. This one may be straight out of WinXP, but let the tool do what users pay for! Nothing More.
