you can read isn from msd81 in autohex software.if you are doing on car keep ingition on and read isn from isn manager option 1
if doing on bench go to ON BENCH-->MSX8X ISN -->MSD80 (connection diagrams are there in software)

What is wrong with your CAR?
Two times you read CAS eeprom but your CAS is CAS2 and ISN from CAS is 00003C6A, if you no change engine ECU the same ISN is inside your ECU.
