Hi there I have a 2017 f80to add a spare new key to fem module, but car now does not start and the original key the remote works but the ignition does not come on have tried updating software with autohex and ista and updates fine but car still does not start now the spare key I programmed to the car the remote don't work but it turns on the ignition if you hold it to the aerial and car does not start .
when you look at the keys in the fem module with auto hex it says yes to both keys when next to the aerial, so I don't under stand why they don't work and now the car don't start.
need help ?

This case happens if you select the option that you don’t have a working key and no ISN while you have.
Contact support to fix this problem.

as the above comment says it will happen when you chose option without key and isn.please contact support how to resolve it if you had original working key.
