Hi all.
am trying to reset km and chassy number and km in the m3 kombi, usin hextag, to fit in a project car. as already reset km , first two lines to 0, still no luck , as shows the same km, uncoded.
Like to ask some hints, what else to reset in the eeprom, to virginise the cluster?
my eeprom is a 080D0WQ of a donor car e92 m3, build date 2007.

thank you

Did reset the CAS/FEM as well?
You must reset CAS/FEM first, then set the desired mileage on KOMBI, then mount both on car.

hi, thanks for reply. yes, the cas is reset, but aint sure how to reset the chassy in the cluster . i can see in the hex editor , so should be enough to reset it FF incuded the digit for the checksum or need to reset it somewhere else? Inkedm3 eeprom_LI.jpg You have insufficient rights to see the content.

From hexprog software you can modify the mileage.
If you want to do it manually set first 32 bytes zeros. Then write back.
To change vin, you have to do it manually
