Finally the the much long awaited update is released, we have added automatic checksum correction for major ecu's in HexProg software. In the new version Hextag tool will calculate automatic checksum while writing file back to ECU.
Some more ECU's are also added to the ECU list in this new update for more details please check the attached link.

Great ! keep up the good work, i did try to write an edc17cp45 and it did not want to checksum the file it asked for original and said it was invalid i edited manual and all good, but an EDC17cp14 same car maker Audi worked on the fly .

we have a bug in edc17cp45 checksum correction will be corrected on next update.

hi,
some ecu's will take time do checksum correction you need to wait until it completes. It also depends on your PC and all.
