Hello, I used to use HexTag for quick ISN or SK change in the past but recently it gives me the "Cannot Read Key Pages" error. Anyone has a solution? Is it software, hardware issue?

yes we are working on this issue have seen this error commonly recently will try to fix it by next update. If you have autohex you can read ISN on bench CAS connect to autohex and any key slot from E series to CAS.  HW4 CAS3.png You have insufficient rights to see the content. Key slot.jpg You have insufficient rights to see the content.

can you make sure you are on latest version of hexprog 1.0.50 , because we do test here on both hextag and hexprog to decrypt with key and its working without any trouble. So please do test key again.

sorry eeprom cannot be added now its on hold due to technical difficulties. We have checked again the key decrypt strange its working for us. Can you delete your databased on hexprog make new update and test again the function.

did you test key decryption after deleting file from that data folder and making update for hexprog software?

Please delete data from this folder location and try again please because its working here we have tested it. let us know the reuslts.

Resolder the antenna connection inside HexProg. That was the issue.

we found the issue , to decrypt eeprom with key there is bug when you read file from CAS and click on edit direct you get that error, instead of that you just need to save the file and load the eeprom file then do the decryption it will work.
we will try to correct it on coming update.

That Autohex ISN reading on the bench with the key slot never worked for me. Is there any trick to do this?

Firmware has to be downgraded?

CAS3 has to be downgraded, then OK. Not downgraded, no read, no error.
