i cant understand, when using factory mode or bench mode wht it doesnt give any info of the part number of ecu or software version thats in the ecu,,, this is basic and any tool will give this info, a serious tuner just couldnt use this tool. its useless if it doesnt give any info on what info its reading

this tool is going to get a bad name because of the lack of quality of the software, its way to buggy to be classed as a serious stable tool, i hope it gets better but i have alot of tools and this definetly is the worst,, its a pity because i like the simple way it works,

adding software number on ECU already in consideration, sorry to hear your feedback. we would like to know what bug you got inside software? did you contact our support team also when you got any error?
