I recently purchased a Hexprog2, first time using it and would not connect to PC, was using the blue USB cable that came with it. Tried another USB cable and works, but if i barely touch the cable it disconnects. Tried 4 cables, until finally found one that works ok'ish. All cables work fine with the other devices where they belong. Customer support, for whatever reason thinks this driver issue, even after i sent them a video of touching the cable you can hear windows disconnect sound.
my question, anyone else having issues with USB Port?
btw, i tried the blue cable on another device and works fine
