Does anyone know the solution to getting these codes while reading MSV80? Or what do they mean? I'm getting them on 2 separate MSV80 DMEs.

Error 858: some CAN BUS message did not get a reply from Ecu. mostly you need to check wiring (Yellow and Orange in your case), or Ecu is not responding.
Error 1007: problem in Internet connection with server
Note:
If you feel that everything is ok with wiring and Ecu, try to uninstall and install software again.

One of the DMEs was not in "original" state. No tool can read it. Someone F Up the software in it (cannot get password). I adopted the other DME to CAS and all OK.
