Hi, members please l have bmw e90 325i petrol model 2008 l change ecu old dme msv80 7576 297 after water damage ecu .put on car dme msv 80.1 part 7602216 car it start but on dash all counter rev not work ,power steering it hard .gear not change please may be this dme is not fit on this car ?how can change ecu software to work on this car ? thanks

Did you check individual programming for the dme to see the current status? If there is an update available, you can try it. It sounds like the donor dme is not the correct replacement.

yes, you can try programming in indiv programming in autohex to match dme to car. Also, make sure dme status from indiv programming menu.
