Continental SIM271DE20 ECU yes yes TC1796 Read/Write Internal FLASH/EEPROM
but soft dont have option factory mode, only boot

I see what you mean. You can try SIM271KE. The same MPC and the same pinout but there is a risk. Why don't you want to do boot mode?

sorry SIM271DE we have some error in doing factory mode but SIM271KE is supported
