Replaced faulty DME with stalling issue with a second hand unit from a f30 316 316i. . Cleared faults and adaptations. Car starts no problem.
Engine has loss of power.

FC 2fa4 incorrect data record
.

Programmed DME latest level.
Same issue. Re-installed original DME, Cleared faults and adaptations. No faults, engine runs fine.
Programmed original DME to latest level, same software version as donor DME. Still no issues. Reinstalled donor DME and wrote ISN again, same fault as before, and loss of power. How to correct?

Yesterday I myself spent with you more than 1 hour on team viewer. explained to you step by step what you should do, and fixed your problem in CAS.
Last week I did my best to explain to you that installing Autohex II problem is coming from your laptop, You did not believe me until the second time on teamviewer.
You are not bothering yourself to just discover what functions are available, you don't read the information from Autohex (Ecu in programming mode, or No program in flash status).
Try to figure out your problem other than waiting us to do the job on behalf of you.
We will respond ONLY if we believe there is a problem from our side. Please keep in mind, technical support is to support, NOT to DO ON BEHALF.

Send by email to support the Ecu part number, and Ecu Model (MEX17XX...), you can reach these info from programming list.

So, closing this thread, Here is the results
We find that no issue in coding the ecu from Autohex part, we asked the customer for teamviewer to make investigate about his issue.
We find out the dme is REJECTING to enter the coding mode (ecu coding session), the ecu has corrupted vin, there is a software problem.
