Hello, I thought I try Hexprog to read 35080 but getting error and no read. Did anyone have this issue?

It is possible to read 35080 eeprom in Hexprog. Please make sure eeprom well sit in the adapter also make sure eeprom adapter probes are clean. Please contact the support team if same error.

I think adapter is defective. I read with other tool.
